Whats involved?

stage 1. Remove wheels.

stage 2. Remove tyres.

stage 3. Remove weigts tyre valves.

stage 5. Dip to remove paint.

stage 6. Shot blast.

stage 7. Remove any imperfections kirb damage etc.

stage 8. Powder coat.

stage 9. Tyres fitted and balanced.

stage 10. Wheels put back on.

We give a 5 year GUARUNTEE with all of our work!

Anything metal can be zinc primmed (with powder) wich means it wll last longer!

Got a cracked alloy? dont worry we can sort that!

Got a dent on the wheel? dont worry we can sort that to!

A base coat / top coat is not needed to complete the powder coating process, however they are used for their extra protective benefits. Our primers are recommended for steel surfaces, because of their anti-corrosion properties, and a lacquer is used to give that extra protection to the colour.
